MASSAGE PRICE LIST - REDUCED RATE PROGRAM

Body Therapy Services is a member of the ASH Networks Affinity Program and offers reduced massage rates for eligible members from participating health insurance and employer plans.

Some of our massage therapists are providers for ASH and have sub-contracted to provide massage at a reduced rate for eligible customers. 

Reduced rates are typically $11.25 per 15 minutes. A one-hour massage would be $45.00.

Customer eligibility is determined by whether or not your employer group or health insurance carrier is a member of the ASH Network.

Verify your eligibility.

1. Check with your health/employer group to know if you are eligible for reduced rates for massage services.

2. Or Select MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and

   • Login to your account THEN select the "Accounts" tab

   • Scroll down to "Insurance Company Name" and view the list of carriers whose members are eligible for reduced rates.

   Customers who have not previously logged in using our internet scheduling system will need to "Register" first. Registering takes about one minute.

Eligible members with a co-pay.

• If your coverage specifies a co-pay please be prepared to pay your co-pay at time of service.

• With most co-pay plans your coverage limits the maximum length of your massage to 60 minutes or less.

• If you would like a massage longer than 60 minutes, please select the 60 minute insurance coverage service and then select the appropriate amount of add-on minutes: 15, 30, 45, or 60.

• In addition to your co-pay, you will be expected to pay the add-on cost of $11.25 per 15 minutes of massage.

Eligible members with no co-pay.

• Customers whose health insurance carrier is a member of ASH and do not have the co-pay benefit, $11.25 per 15 minutes of massage is the standard insurance rate.
